Mr. Dragos Seuleanu,
participant in an RTC-management course in Cologne, was appointed Actg. Director General of the Romanian Radio Corporation.


Mr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Al-Khateeb,
participant in a news course in Cologne, rose to the position of Head of English Service at Baghdad International TV.

Mr. David Mwaka,
participant in a news course on "Modern Broadcast Technologies", has been appointed Technical Manager at Simba FM, Uganda
